Accessing Separated Employee Accounts

Separated employees should transfer all work-related documents before their separation date. Managers can request overlooked files using one of the following service tickets.

Tickets for accessing employee accounts

• Place a Access to Separated Employee Google Assets ticket for delegated access to your separated employee's email or Google Drive. Access operational purposes is for a specific amount of time, usually 6 to 8 weeks. 

• Place a file sharing ticket for access to your separated employee's J:Drive.

• Place a Computer Software/Application Problem ticket for access to files on a separated employee's CSUMB- issued computer. 

• Place a Telephone Problem ticket for access to a separated employee's voice mail.
